Salvador Alonzo, FNP-C

About Me

Salvador Alonzo, FNP-C, has worked as both a Registered Nurse and a Family Nurse Practitioner. During his seven years as an RN, he gained experience in several different hospital departments, including radiology, oncology, surgical, endoscopy, cardiac, intensive care, and the emergency room. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Salvador Alonzo has dedicated himself to helping his patients get the best medical care possible. It is his goal to build lifelong relationships with the patients he serves and with his fellow providers.

Mr. Alonzo graduated from Arizona Western College in Yuma, Arizona in May of 2000 with an Associate's Degree in Nursing. He went on to continue his education and graduated in July of 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona. He attained his Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. He graduated in 2007 with a 3.9 GPA.
